Back To School

Months ago, schools across the nation closed for summer break.  Every student looks forward to these weeks of freedom to be outside of the classrooms.  The end of summer is approaching, marking the beginning of the Back-To-School Season. To some the beginning of the school year is exciting, but can also include anxiety. Some students going back to school maintained what they were taught during the school year and some forgot some or most of the materials. Sad to say, this is some of the students last year of high school and they do not have a career plan.  It never dawned on them that it’s time to grow up and take responsibility for their lives.

To become a success, their participation is required.  Will, they start the new school year off just like they left the old one, no vision and no plan.  Their attitude is just “Let me walk the stage, be my own boss and I will not have to answer to anybody.”  Well, I have news for you young one, you will be answering to someone all of your life.  I am not a teacher in the public schools but a Bible teacher.  I just want to encourage every student to realize Jesus Christ is the answer for all success.

God has a plan for you:

“For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”Jeremiah 29:11 TLB

“Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and] so shall your plans be established and succeed.”

Proverbs 16:3 AMP

You see, through His plan, your plans will succeed.

To receive God’s plan, first of all, you must be born again, give your heart to Jesus.  Jesus told Nicodemus, “Marvel not that I said unto thee, ye must be born again” (Read the whole conversation in John 3:1-7).  The blessings of God will not be yours until you belong to Him.  Second, Jesus must be Lord over your life. Look at Luke 6:46-49 where it tells us that “…We must hear Him and do what He says.”  Third, you must follow Jesus. Jesus said, “He goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice” (Read John 10:1-11).  When you meet with Jesus every morning before you go off to school, success is guaranteed. Once this change has come about you will have visions and dreams, and they will come to pass.  Jesus said, “If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him” (John 14:23KJV). That means He and the Father will live with you.

Dear students only Jesus Christ can guarantee you a prosperous and successful future full of color. Living for Jesus Christ is one decision you will never regret.

God Bless you,
